These classes are designed to improve your running and athletic performance. We want to help you become a complete athlete by improving your entire body, not just your sport specific muscles and movements.

SUNRISE Yoga for Runners:
Wednesday Mornings 5:50am–6:50am

10-Week Class — Wednesday, June 3rd through August 5th

Back by popular demand, the Sunrise Yoga for Runners Class will kick-start your day! Start your morning with renowned Yoga instructor, Tonna Reinhold, as she guides you through Yoga exercises that will benefit the runner in you. All this as the sun is rising.

Improve your core strength, flexibility and balance through this one-hour class featuring a unique and effective combination of movements from Yoga & Pilates—developed specifically for runners.

Each 60-minute class meets every Wednesday morning from 5:50-6:50am at the Lakefront Path at Diversey and Sheridan. All levels are welcome!

Each class is limited to a maximum of 40 athletes and usually sells out, so don't delay - register today!

Monday Nights 6:30–7:45pm

12-Week Class — Monday, June 29th through September 14th

Join renowned Yoga instructor, Tonna Reinhold, as you improve your core strength, flexibility and balance through this 75-minute class featuring a unique and effective combination of movements from Yoga & Pilates—developed specifically for runners.

This class meets every Monday night from 6:30–7:45pm at the Vitamin Shoppe on Clark and Diversey. All levels are welcome!

Innovative Runners Yoga Class!

Yoga for Runners:
Thursdays 7:00–8:30pm

12-Week Class — Thursday, June 25th through September 10th

Join Yoga Instructor and CES Running Coach, Madeline Grejda, in an innovative class from CES—"Yoga for Runners".

This 90-minute class uses classic Yoga poses to create strength and flexibility for the whole body while enhancing mental focus. The class has been developed specifically for the needs of endurance athletes (runners, cyclists, triathletes and more) for improving performance through increased strength, flexibility and mental focus.

Each 90-minute class meets every Thursday from 7:00–8:30pm at the Vitamin Shoppe on Clark and Diversey. All levels are welcome!
