Coach Daphne got her start as an assistant coach for the UIC men's and women's swim team. In 2011, she became a USA Triathlon Certified Coach and has since worked with triathletes of all skill levels and athletic abilities. She began her athletic career swimming competitively at the age of six and swam at the Junior Olympic, high school state and masters state level. She competes in all running distances including qualifying for and finishing the Boston Marathon twice. She expanded into triathlons competing in sprint to Ironman distance races. Most notably she qualified at the National Championships to represent Team USA at the ITU World Championships in Lausanne, Switzerland where she finished 26th in her age group. She has been working with CES athletes for over ten years and loves helping them realize their full potential and achieve their goals.
