CLASS SCHEDULE for Summer 2022

    • June 9 through August 11, 2022 (10-weeks)

This session consists of one class/week, with the following focus:

  • Thursdays 5:45–7:00pm

    • 75-minute, structured rides , including more intense, threshold and anaerobic based workouts. 

IMPORTANT! Reservations are required for each class, and closes ahead of time

Reservations close prior to each class (noon on Thursdays) , so the instructor can send the workout details to you in advance. So make sure you reserve your class early!
