TRAINING DATES & LOCATION

WHEN?

• Open Water Swim classes will meet from 6-7am every Friday, beginning Friday, July 1st – August 26th. Please arrive with enough time to get your wetsuit on (if applicable) and be ready to go by 6am. Classes will end no later than 7am, so you can get to work on time.

WHERE?

• Classes will take place at Foster Avenue beach, with the group meeting on the north side of the beach house. The water depth is ideal for both instruction (easy for standing) and for training.

Parking is available in the lot next to the beach house, or along the park road. There are NO changing rooms/restrooms available at this time of day, so please come prepared to swim.
