TRAINING PLAN OPTIONS
Purple (Run/Walk - 3/2 Intervals) - 12:00 - 13:30 min/mile
Green (Run/Walk- 5/1 intervals) - 11:00 - 12:30 min/mile
Blue Continuous Run - Lower mileage - 10:00 - 11:30 min/mile
Red Continuous Run - Intermediate Mileage - 9:00 - 10:30 min/mile
Yellow Continuous Run - High Mileage - 7:30 - 9:00 min/mile
