TRAINING PLAN OPTIONS

  • Purple (Run/Walk - 3/2 Intervals) - 12:00 - 13:30 min/mile

  • Green (Run/Walk- 5/1 intervals) - 11:00 - 12:30 min/mile

  • Blue Continuous Run - Lower mileage - 10:00 - 11:30 min/mile

  • Red Continuous Run - Intermediate Mileage - 9:00 - 10:30 min/mile

  • Yellow Continuous Run - High Mileage - 7:30 - 9:00 min/mile

 PRE-SEASON BASE BUILDING PLAN

Interested in getting ready for Spring Training but don’t know how to start? Are you a Winter Warrior and unsure of how to maintain your fitness before Spring? This is the plan for you!

We have put together a 5 week training plan, designed specifically to get you ready for Spring. With 3 different training options, you will be ready for our Spring Training Program come March 18th.

  • Low Mileage Plan - This plan is time focused and is for those runners and run/walkers who can consistently run 3-4 times per week and finish 3 to 4 miles without stopping.

  • Intermediate Plan - This plan is designed for those runners or run/walkers who can run 4 to 5 times per week and finish 5 to 6 miles without stopping.

  • High Mileage Plan - This plan is designed for those runners or run/walkers who can run 5 to 6 times per week and finish 7 to 8 miles without stopping.

GROUP TRAINING LOCATIONS

CES Group Training will be available at FOUR Chicago-area Fleet Feet stores. Enjoy the expert knowledge, support and community atmosphere that Fleet Feet is famous for.

PERSONAL COACHING ADD-ON OPTION (Monthly)

If you are looking for a more personalized, custom training plan along with one-to-one coaching consultation, we’re excited to offer this new, monthly coaching add-on opportunity for our CES Spring Training members. This is perfect for anyone with a non-traditional work schedule, unique training needs or just wants that extra bit of attention and customization to get you where you want to be.

In addition to the benefits listed above for Spring Training, the Personal Coaching Monthly Add-on provides the following, monthly benefits:

  • Initial consultation with Coach (15 minutes)

  • Weekly individual Coach check-in email (or up to 30-minute phone call/month)

  • Custom training plan modifications, up to two (2) times/month

  • No minimum contract required*

FEES: $65/month

*Monthly auto-pay will start on the day of your transaction each month. All personal coaching contracts renew automatically each month, unless you notify CES via email prior to the end of the current month.
