WHO IS THIS PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR?
OPEN TO ALL RUNNERS - Whether you just finished training for a summer/fall half or full marathon, or are a novice runner and you just need a fun way to stay fit this fall, this 3-week coached group program is for you. The goal is to provide a low-stress, fun way to build or maintain strength and gradually increase up to a “long run” of at least 4-5 miles by the end of the program. This is also a perfect lead-up to our famous “Winter Warriors” program that begins November 7th!

Twice/week COACHED group training, with 4 locations to choose from:
Mid-week strength/circuit runs to build your strength & stability
Weekend group runs to gradually build your endurance (range of distances)
Easy to follow training plan that will get you into (or back into) a routine and ready for the winter season
