We offer open water group training under the supervision of highly experienced and knowledgeable coaches. We teach not only essential skills and techniques specific to open water swimming with people around you, but also teach how to practice these skills on your own, even in a pool. We will make you more confident, faster and ultimately a better Triathlete or open water swimmer!

We'll be hosting supported group swim, bike and run training sessions on the Ironman Wisconsin course! Come hang out and train with the experienced CES Coaching staff as you get familiar with the course, the city and meet some other cool people. We've trained hundreds of people for this specific event, and you'll get the benefit of our years of experience and knowledge of not just racing Ironman, but the specifics of racing in Madison!
You do NOT have to be racing Ironman Wisconsin to participate - if you're thinking about racing next year, this is a fantastic opportunity to get a feel for what the course will be like and how beautiful it really is! It's also a fantastic weekend of training - and can be shortened, if necessary.

OPEN TO ALL RUNNERS - Whether you’re getting ready to train for a summer/fall half or full marathon, or you just need a kick-start to your summer activities, this 3-week coached group program is for you. The goal is to build strength and gradually increase up to a “long run” of at least 4-5 miles by the end of the program.

These online, interactive classes are designed and led by our Head Cycling coach, utilizing the popular Zwift online platform, and consist of:
