SPRING TRAINING

10K or Half Marathon Group & Virtual Training
Starts weekend of March 5/6, 2022

Need a GOAL this spring? Join our 12-Week program and enjoy the camaraderie, training & support that only CES can provide!

TARGET EVENTS (optional):

Even if you haven't been running much this winter, the CES Spring Training Program will help maintain or improve your fitness — especially during the "challenging" spring season. Oh, and let's not forget to mention the most important thing: It's a lot of fun!

Join our program, and prepare for a Half Marathon (13.1 mile) or 10K (6.2 mile) distance, or simply maintain your fitness into the spring, all while enjoying the company and support of your fellow CES teammates!

COVID 19 Guidelines for CES Group Runs

Participant Guidelines / Expectations

  • Do not participate if you are feeling sick or ill, and or have a fever, or if you have been in contact with someone unrecovered from COVID-19. 

  • Persons from high-risk groups for COVID-19 complications should consult their physician before participating.

  • Do not share personal items, such as hydration, energy gels, towels, etc.

  • Participants may be required to exit the group activity should their actions not meet expectations and or they are creating risk for themselves or others. 

Mask  / Face covers:

  • Participants, volunteers & staff must wear a mask at all times when indoors at any of the Fleet Feet store locations.
