CES Ironman Training Camp
This is a GREAT opportunity to get to know the Ironman Wisconsin race course, learn the inside tips and tricks from the experienced CES Ironman coaches and meet and train with other Ironman athletes and hopefuls!
We'll be hosting supported group swim, bike and run training sessions on the Ironman Wisconsin course! Come hang out and train with the experienced CES Coaching staff as you get familiar with the course, the city and meet some other cool people. We've trained hundreds of people for this specific event, and you'll get the benefit of our years of experience and knowledge of not just racing Ironman, but the specifics of racing in Madison!
You do NOT have to be racing Ironman Wisconsin to participate - if you're thinking about racing next year, this is a fantastic opportunity to get a feel for what the course will be like and how beautiful it really is! It's also a fantastic weekend of training - and can be shortened, if necessary.

Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle 8K Training Program - 2021
Get ready for the "unofficial" kickoff to the 2021 Chicago running season with CES! Break out of the winter blahs, kick-start your running season and join us for fun, coach-led training runs at Fleet Feet. Stay motivated with great workouts, virtual challenges, cool incentive item(s), and finish the season running an 8K with the team! Our goal is the Bank of America Shamrock Shuffle 8K, which is being conducted virtually in 2021.
CES Spring Training - 2021
Even if you haven't been running much this fall/winter, the CES Spring Training Program will help maintain or improve your fitness — especially during the "challenging" spring season. Oh, and let's not forget to mention the most important thing: It's a lot of fun! Join our program, and prepare for a Half marathon (13.1 mile) distance, or simply maintain your fitness into the spring, all while enjoying the company and support of your fellow CES teammates!
Virtual Group Cycling - Winter 2020
It's time to get back at it and start building the foundations for the 2021 cycling or triathlon season! These online, virtual classes will utilize the popular Zwift online platform, and be split into two types of rides:
Thursdays: structured rides, including more intense, threshold and anaerobic based workouts. (75 minutes)
Sundays: group, endurance focused rides. (90 minutes)
