Spring Sessions:
Sunday, February 18th - Thursday, April 25th
Join us for some high quality, coached cycling workouts - without worrying about the weather or the stress & danger of trying to perform high intensity riding outside!
These online, interactive classes are designed and led by our Head Cycling coach, utilizing the popular Zwift online platform (see tab below for more info), and consist of:
Sundays: 90-minute group, endurance focused rides
Thursdays: 75-Minute group, speed focused rides
