Zwift Online Group Cycling - Spring 24
Join us for some high quality, coached cycling workouts - without worrying about the weather or the stress & danger of trying to perform high intensity riding outside!
These online, interactive classes are designed and led by our Head Cycling coach, utilizing the popular Zwift online platform, and consist of:
THURSDAYS: 75-minute, structured rides , including more intense, threshold and anaerobic based workouts.
SUNDAYS: 90-minute group, endurance focused rides
