CES has partnered with the American Diabetes Association and Tour de Cure to present a FREE online cycling class!
It's time to get back at it and start building the foundations for the 2021 cycling or triathlon season! Open to all cyclists looking for some fun and a bit of hard work!
This online, virtual class will start with a short introduction via Zoom, then roll into a 45-60 minute cycling workout, utilizing the popular Zwift online platform (7-day Free Trial available - see below for more info). The class will be a structured ride, including more intense, threshold and anaerobic based workouts. This class is open to anyone, but requires a stationary bike trainer and a laptop/tablet to participate in Zoom & Zwift cycling program.
Coach Jordan Grauer will lead you through a great workout, all based on your own current abilities. Improve your cycling technique and efficiency, so you're getting more power & speed with less effort!
Don't go it alone — join us and see how much more fun it is when you ride with others!
WHAT IS TOUR DE CURE?
Tour de Cure is the premier fundraising campaign of the American Diabetes Association ®, now with virtual engagement designed for anyone and everyone to participate. The campaign has been expanded to include more members of our community and bring them together to learn about diabetes, healthy living and to support people living with diabetes. Tour de Cure is a unique opportunity for businesses, clubs, friends and families to form virtual teams with the vision of a life free of diabetes and all its burdens.

SESSION 2 STARTS FEBRUARY 4TH
We know you’ll love the class - and invite you to continue training with us in our upcoming session of virtual cycling classes, starting Thursday, February 4th. The goal of these classes is to not only increase your endurance, but to make you more comfortable (loosely used term) with working at or near your threshold for extended periods and to be able to adapt to changes in ride pace once you move back to outdoor rides. This phase of training will combine leg speed drills, endurance rides, TT efforts and shorter high intensity efforts. This is a great program to prepare for the next season, whether you're a triathlete or an avid cyclist.
