We’ll include one at the beginning of the program, and another in week 4, to discuss how to keep the positive momentum after the challenge ends

Join Coach Ryan every Wednesday at 6:30pm for a fun, low-key, supportive group strength/core workout on Zoom. It's always more fun to work as a team, so jump on Zoom, and let's get ready to sweat & laugh with each other! (We’ll also include a twice/week Novice & Intermediate strength/core plan to follow, if you need some additional guidance.)
