Spring Sessions:
Thursday, May 18th - September 21st
Join us for some high quality, coached cycling workouts - without worrying about the weather or the stress & danger of trying to perform high intensity riding outside!
These online, interactive classes are designed and led by our Head Cycling coach, utilizing the popular Zwift online platform (see tab below for more info), and consist of:
THURSDAYS: 75-minute, structured rides , including more intense, threshold and anaerobic based workouts.
The goal is to Increase your ability with working at or near your threshold for extended periods and to be able to adapt to changes in ride pace. This phase of training will combine leg speed drills, TT efforts and shorter high intensity efforts. This is a great way to supplement your training, whether you're a triathlete or an avid cyclist.
Coach Jordan Grauer will lead you through a great workout each week, all based on your own current abilities. Improve your cycling technique and efficiency, so you're getting more power & speed with less effort!
