OPEN WATER SWIM CLASSES - Start Friday, June 30th
Make Open Water Swimming your Strength — NOT a punishment!
We offer open water group training under the supervision of highly experienced and knowledgeable coaches. We teach not only essential skills and techniques specific to open water swimming with people around you, but also teach how to practice these skills on your own, even in a pool. We will make you more confident, faster and ultimately a better Triathlete or open water swimmer!
*Please Note: This is NOT designed as a "Learn to Swim" class. It is intended for those who are capable of swimming non-stop, with their face in the water, for a minimum of 15 minutes. We don't want to scare anyone off, but we will be focusing on Open Water specific skills, technique and fitness rather than on basic swimming skills.

Recommended Level of Swim Experience
While we do teach swim technique skills, due to the group setting, this program is not recommended for non-swimmers, or those with fears of deep water or putting your face in the water. We want this to be an enjoyable experience - not a fearful one!
