You promised yourself that 2010 is going to be 'your year' to become fit. You even made it your New Year's resolution. Well, good news... Chicago Endurance Sports (CES) has a program to make your resolutions, your reality. CES Half Marathon Spring training is a comprehensive 13-week program developed to get you totally prepared to run the Door County Half Marathon, in scenic Peninsula State Park in Wisconsin on May 1st; the Wisconsin Half Marathon in Kenosha on May 2nd or any other spring race. Whether you want to train to get in shape this winter or prepare for a race, the CES Spring Training will get you there safely and with a smile on your face!
