Swim Technique

Learn how to be more efficient, relaxed and confident in the water. We’ll focus on posture, balance and efficient technique, so you can focus on enjoying the swim! This is a great way to cross train for any runners looking for a low impact way to become fitter! Jump in the pool with the Fleet Feet Training x CES coaching staff and become a better runner/swimming with ease!
