This is a great opportunity for you to see what the CES Ironman training program is like, so you can be sure that this is the right fit for you. Meet our coaches, alumni & enjoy some cool activities with our partners at Aligned Modern Health. We encourage you to ask questions (and get answers!) You'll also meet some of your future teammates! Here are a few of the things we'll have going on:
- Meet our coaches & ask questions - Join us for an easy fun run - Take part in a functional circuit training session - Relax & recover in NormaTec Recovery boots - Enjoy a discounted 30-minute clinical massage - Sports Movement Screenings to help address weak areas before they become injuries - Snacks & beverages
This is an Open House format. Feel free to come and go anytime between 1:00pm - 4:00pm.)

Fun run led by the CES Ironman coaches
2:00pm – Functional Movement Circuit workout - the AMH Chiropractors will guide the athletes through a workout where they will focus on proper pattern movement and muscle activations.
3:00pm – Socialize with complimentary drinks and snacks
4:00pm - Event ends. You don't have to go home but you can't stay here.
